Client Specific Programmes

This is a perfect solution if you have a group of people that you feel would benefit from high quality, interactive and effective training. We offer an approach that is flexible and practical enough to tackle almost any business development situation and happily work closely with our clients to tailor our programmes to meet your needs. From selling, sales leadership to negotiating to presentations we pride ourselves on having access to material that reflects world best practice and the latest innovative thinking.

Often running over two days, we facilitate sessions for groups of 6-8 people and are happy to tailor these sessions to best meet your organisations needs.   We even tailor programmes for specific areas for an organisation and understand the needs of one area of a business may differ from the needs of another area of a business.

We aim for all attending the programme, as with 1 on 1 coaching, for each person to leave having gained significant skills and ideas on how to move forward within their business role.

Open Programmes

Several times a year we run Open Presentation Programmes. They are two days and allow you more flexibility in that you can send one or two people to this session. Participants are from different organisations, and this mix often allows great ideas to be picked up from across a broader range of approaches and views. A networking advantage is often a surprisingly good and unexpected outcome.

Every client is different. We think creatively about how we brief, design and implement solutions and how they are embedded afterwards.
